I….I kind of REALLY LOVE how Stan is blissfully unaware of trouble, and cannot, as a dog, read the mood, lololol.
I absolutely loved this part in your story. I don’t know why, but Stanley’s ignorance of the evil humans are capable of is very reminiscent of almost every dog I’ve had. And Ferris’s concern for his safety, as a dog owner, is realistic because it’s exactly what I would’ve done in the same situation. Show ’em what for, Ferris!!!
It would be very convenient if Stanley had rabies.

i love how sixth (i hope) panel you have the bullies there but all you can see are their silhouettes & laughing mouths–effective and menacing and oh, i just want to bundle ferris and stan up and whisk them home away from all that evil Ha Ha Ha'ing. 🙁
AH I love this chapter. The facial expressions are very masterful, and I love how this comic “reads” like how a movie would play out. Love love love this. I’m a new fan of this comic, but I can tell these are easily-relatable(sp?) characters.
