By the look on his face, I’d say it’s the bullies. Ferris isn’t happy to see them, but he also looks shocked since they must be pretty beaten up >__< Also, I guess that question is the best they've come up with to try and be nice to him, now that they've FINALLY realised you don't mess with the friend of a mafia kid. I'm probably wrong, and reading way too much into a single panel, but this possibility amuses me no end~ n_n (btw, why is it that one of them has stolen Rukia's hairstyle?! I've always wandered about that)

Ooh! I must say, I am very excited to see how both Julie and Emily look, since I don’t think I’ve ever seen any drawings of either of them. If I’m not mistaken, I think we’re about to meet Julie… As usual, beautiful work and lovely flow.
