Nope, I definitely agree with you something about her feels wrong. She shifts from distrust to kindness really quickly and it makes me in turn distrust her.

Maybe she’s less-than well off, which would explain why she gets so flustered when Ferris offers to pay for the meal, aside from the fact that she’s paying him back for the ten dollars, which he’d already said she didn’t need to pay him back for.
It’s funny how much this reminds me of my man and I. He’s several years older then me and tall and skinny..with glasses. Haha and I’m short [shorter then him] and loud and spontaneous and feel like I’m in the same situation as her. He always tries to be sweet and never goes against even though I’m so pushy and mean but I can never stay mad at him because.. he’s such a good person at heart haha.
